About me

Evan helps maintain the OpenTelemetry Collector, where he is a primary contributor to the OpenTelemetry Transformation Language (OTTL), and helps drive adoption of the OpenTelemetry Agent Management Protocol (OpAMP) to enable users to manage fleets of Collectors. Evan has a background in developing DevOps tooling and observability solutions, and is now a senior software engineer at Dynatrace where he works on data ingestion for open standards with a focus on OpenTelemetry.
