About me
Hezhi Xie is a master’s student in computer science at University of California, Davis, and an active contributor to the Kubeflow open-source project. During Google Summer of Code 2024, she developed a hyperparameter optimization API for Large Language Models (LLMs) in Kubeflow’s Katib, automating the tuning process and significantly reducing the manual effort required by data scientists. She is passionate about building scalable ML systems and advancing cloud-native AI technologies.
